Shipping Policy

At Cell Botani, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and hassle-free.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1-5 business days for regular shipping and 1-3 business days for express shipping. While we strive to deliver within these time frames, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $11 and an express shipping rate of $15 for all Australian orders under $150.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
